Team meeting on the topic of client consolidation!

We not only attend our team meetings to see each other and to exchange ideas, but also to work out professional key aspects. We always discuss our new projects and the challenges we are facing. Since we are working on many projects at locations all over the world, the on-site discussion is always very useful.

The subject of client consolidation in SAP is actually an everyday topic. We often talk about 2 or 3 clients that are merged piece-by-piece on a S/4HANA system as part of a consolidation or rollout. Christian Pirke shared his current project in which 13 clients from three SAPECC systems are to be consolidated into a common target system in order to create a technological foundation for a future S/4HANA project. This is probably one of the projects that can be called "Once in a Lifetime". Great meeting - Thanks to Christian!
